Known as one of the "bad boys of bbq", Hank is an American chef and owner of Hank's bbq. Competition and cooking are in hank's blood. When he began winning on the BBQ circuit 25 years ago, he created a crack team that went on to win a variety of national and international awards. He also appeared on destination America's reality tv series BBQ Pitmasters. While he may be a bad boy in competiton, he's a doting father and husband.
